Save Islington's Post Offices

The Post Office want to close two Post Offices; on Upper St and at Highbury Corner. They want to 'merge' them into one Post Office further down Upper St, which will be half of the size of the current Post Offices. Islington's Labour Council opposes this closure and are asking for your help to save our Post Offices.

The Council has offered the Post Office £750,000 to help build a new Post Office at Highbury Corner, which the Post Office has turned down. In December 2013 Emily Thornberry MP, Cllr Richard Watts and dozens of local activists demanded a meeting between the Post Office leadership a their Old St HQ.

We need your help to make sure the Post Office listen to the people of Islington and accept the Council's help to save our Post Offices. So please sign our petition below.
